How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes between 7 and 12 days depending on demand. In times of high demand, the delivery time is closer to 12 days.

I received a shipping confirmation email but not my order.

Our products are shipped from Canada, and it sometimes happens that some countries block shipments at customs. Unfortunately, these delays due to customs checks are beyond our control. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations and contacting us if you need further assistance.
